Stuffed tomatoes


  • 2 servings
  • 4 tomatoes, medium sized
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Cellery
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 g yogourt
  • 5-6 leaves Oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Hollow out the tomatoes and leave them to drain.

Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs, spices and oil and stuff the tomatoes with the prepared mix.

Serve on a bed of salad leaves.
