PORK TENDERLOIN IN BOATS
- 350 g pork tenderloin
- 3-4 pcs. small zucchini
- 1 pcs. onions
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs. carrot
- 4 tbsp leaves parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper
Метод на приготвяне:
Chop the meat finely with a knife (or use a blender), season with mustard, salt and pepper.
Cut zucchini lengthwise and carve into boat like shapes.
Cut the onion, garlic, carrots and parsley (or use a blender). Stew meat in heated oil for about a minute, add the vegetables and cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and put the boats in for about 5 minutes. Remove them, arrange in a baking dish and fill with stuffing. Add 50 ml of water at the bottom of the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
