Heat the tomato sauce in a skillet or pan with a lid (important). Season with salt, pepper and paprika. When the sauce is boiling, add the two eggs carefully (as you do poached eggs) and cover with the lid immediately.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for soft-boiled eggs 3 min and 5-6 min for medium boiled eggs. Remove from heat. After that, leave the eggs covered for about a minute-two.
In a shallow dish put sliced cheese to form two layers, place one egg on a bed of cheese and add the sauce. Wait for a minute for the cheese to soften and be spiced up by hot sauce. Garnish with chopped herbs.
