The first step in preparing the recipe for peppers with eggs and cheese in the oven is to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Crumble the cheese and mix the eggs together. Add pepper and some chopped parsley (optional).
Cut the top off the peppers carefully and keep it. De-seed. Fill peppers with egg mixture and put the tops back.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the peppers on it. Add 100-150 ml water and tomato sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the peppers and, if necessary return tomato sauce to heat.
Serve the peppers with lids and garnish with tomato sauce. Optionally sauce can be processed to be smooth.
