• 400 g cabbage
  • 150 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 carrots
  • 5 tbsp fennel fennel
  • For the dressing:
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil olive oil
  • salt and pepper

The COLESWAL is a traditional salad, which consists mainly of raw cabbage and its seasoned with a specific dressing.

In this recipe we used dressing of blue cheese to give a unique taste of the traditional sausage.


Cut the cabbage into very thin slices. Add salt and smash the cabbage slightly with hands.

Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage and grate the carrots.

Mix all ingredients for the dressing and puree.

Cut vegetables can be stored in the refrigerator up to one day, and dressing a week.

Mix the vegetables with dill and season to taste with dressing just before serving.
