  • ✔ 2-3 cloves garlic
  • ✔ 30 g pitted Olives
  • ✔ 20 g capers
  • ✔ 300 g tomato sauce
  • ✔ 100 g cheese selection
  • ✔ 3 tbsp oil
  • ✔ 1 tbsp thyme and 1 tbsp oregano
  • ✔ 1 bay leaf
  • ✔ Salt, red and black pepper

1️ ⃣ The first step of the recipe for a Mediterranean stew with cauliflower is to chop the onion and garlic finely. After that, shred the cauliflower of the rosettes.

2️⃣ Heat oil and add onion and garlic, saute for about 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp red paper. Wait pepper to form foam and stir for about a minute. Add tomato sauce and cauliflower and spices.

3️ ⃣ Bring to a boil over low heat with the lid on for about 15 minutes. Add the capers and olives and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cheese of your choice. And optionally garnish with cheese of your choice – white, fresh or blue.
