  • 500 g broccoli
  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 60 g yellow cheese
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Slice any large broccoli and cauliflower florets in half to make bite-sized pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for 3 min then cool.

Blanch spinach for about 30 seconds in the same water.

Set aside 50 g of the broccoli and cauliflower.

Grease a small baking dish with garlic, add the broccoli, cauliflower and spinach mixed or arranged your choice.

Smash the remaining 50 g of broccoli and cauliflower with 100 ml from the broth and the cream cheese. Season the mixture with a little salt (water is already salted) black pepper, nutmeg and add to the baking dish.

Add a spinach to the smashed broccoli and cauliflower.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until cheese is golden color in a preheated oven 200 C.
