Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise. Brush the cut part with a little olive oil, rub with garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the two halves and wrap potatoes in aluminum foil. Put the potatoes in a baking dish, and bake until tender for about 40-60 minutes.
Heat tomato sauce. Mix cheese, strained yogurt, dill and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the tomato sauce into bowl, add the two halves of the potato portions and garnish with the cheese mixture.
